Cultural Bridge Labs LLC — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid products and services operated by Cultural Bridge Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), including VelvetFlow and Curator Bridge.
1. Digital Services and Subscriptions
Our refund policy for digital services and subscriptions is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business while complying with applicable laws in the State of Texas, United States.
1.1 Annual Subscription — 7-Day Refund Window
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not:
- Accessed or consumed paid features beyond basic account setup
- Used service credits, AI analytics addons, or other consumable features
- Violated our Terms of Service during that period
After 7 days, no refund is issued for annual subscriptions, but your access continues through the full annual period.
1.2 Waiver of Refund Eligibility
By actively using our services before the 7-day window expires, you explicitly waive refund eligibility. This includes:
- Accessing paid platform features
- Using AI analytics addon credits or pay-per-use purchases
- Initiating paid collaboration flows or consuming platform credits
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the applicable refund window has expired
- After you have accessed or used paid service features
- For partial months of a monthly or quarterly subscription
- For unused subscription time on monthly or semiannual plans
- For one-time purchases (addon credits, pay-per-use items, profile boosts) once delivered or consumed
- For service interruptions resulting from account violations or suspension
3. Technical Issues
In cases of persistent technical issues preventing use of the service:
- Issues must be reported to support within 48 hours of first occurrence
- We must be given reasonable opportunity (minimum 72 hours) to investigate and resolve the issue
- Refunds or service credits may be considered only if the service is entirely unusable and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for remaining days in the current billing period
- Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period
- No cancellation fee is charged
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase
- Processing time may take up to 10 business days from approval
- Additional bank processing time may vary by institution
- Cryptocurrency payments via ForumPay are refunded in the equivalent USD value at time of original transaction, not at current exchange rate
6. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, please contact us directly — we resolve billing issues quickly and without the friction of a formal dispute process.

- Disputes must be submitted within the eligible refund period
Charges from Cultural Bridge Labs LLC products appear on your statement as CBL*VELVETFLOW or CBL*CURATORBRIDGE. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank.
7. Digital Delivery
Cultural Bridge Labs LLC provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through our platforms immediately upon successful payment processing. No shipping, handling, or delivery fees apply to any subscription plan or digital offering.
All services are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.
