1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Curator Bridge, ATX Curator, VelvetFlow or any related services, websites, applications, or APIs (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Cultural Bridge Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Cultural Bridge Labs“), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Curator Bridge and ATX Curator are event discovery and content automation platforms that help users discover, curate, and promote local events—primarily in Austin, Texas—through social media content creation and distribution. The Services may include, but are not limited to:
Event capture, parsing, and data extraction from images, screenshots, or other sources
Automated content generation for social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
Integration with third-party tools for design, scheduling, and publishing
Event listings, dashboards, and management tools
APIs, webhooks, and other technical integrations
The Services may change over time. We do not guarantee that any feature or integration will remain available indefinitely.
VelvetFlow is a safety-first professional networking platform built for content creators, performers, photographers, videographers, producers, and studios. It structures the entire collaboration workflow: discovery, safety verification, project planning, and secure communication — all in one place.
Vibe Check System — A pre-meeting safety verification tool that lets creators gauge interest and confirm safety measures before committing to in-person collaborations.
Emergency Contact Network — Multi-layered safety system with verified emergency contacts and real-time safety check-ins for in-person collaborations.
Project Request Management — Professional project planning with safety checklists and integrated calendar management.
Secure Creator Messaging — End-to-end encrypted messaging with professional collaboration tools.
Creator Economy API — The only data source for vibe check innovation metrics and creator safety intelligence. Available to researchers, coaches, and industry professionals.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. KYC/KYB is required. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
You may upload, submit, or otherwise provide content through the Services (“User Content“), including event information, images, text, and other materials. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Cultural Bridge Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content as needed to provide, operate, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to provide all User Content
Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content and are not responsible for how it is used or interpreted.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Services—including software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other materials—is owned by Cultural Bridge Labs or its licensors. “”VelvetFlow”, “ATX Curator,” “Curator Bridge,” “Cultural Bridge Labs,” and related marks are trademarks of Cultural Bridge Labs LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services or our intellectual property without prior written consent. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable documentation.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:
Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
Design and rendering services (e.g., Orshot)
AI and language models (e.g., Claude, Groq)
Search and data providers (e.g., Brave Search)
Cloud and infrastructure providers
Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms, policies, and limitations of these third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their compliance with their own terms. We do not guarantee that any integration will continue to function or remain supported.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
Overload or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure
Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others
Circumvent or disable any security or access controls
Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Services or others.
8. Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that collection and use. We may process data to provide the Services, improve them, and comply with legal obligations. We may share data with service providers and as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, data, or output generated by the Services. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before use.
Event information, descriptions, and other data may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or incorrect. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on such information.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CULTURAL BRIDGE LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cultural Bridge Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
Your use of the Services
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms or any law
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any dispute between you and a third party
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website or through the Services, and by updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cultural Bridge Labs regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the VelvetFlow mobile application (“VelvetFlow,” “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cultural Bridge Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
- Use the App to send spam, chain letters, or other mass unsolicited messages
- Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or destructive code
5. Content
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership rights to content you submit, post, or display on or through the App (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 App Content
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cultural Bridge Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2 License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CULTURAL BRIDGE LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cultural Bridge Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cultural Bridge Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
